📋 Description

• Fact-check tickets in a queue • Test customer-owned devices to ensure functionality prior to deployment • Manage time in a production environment • Communicate and articulate discovered issues to the team and manager • Perform manual testing of customer-owned inventory • Create, manage, and triage device defects • Ensure testing-related troubleshooting is performed properly • Provide daily and weekly status reporting through approved software • Follow written and verbal instructions from leads • Monitor ticketing systems for test case management, creation, and execution • Follow established reporting and testing processes and procedures • Archive test documentation as directed • Work in a professional warehouse environment using standard office equipment

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or general equivalent • 1-2 years of experience in a mobility production environment preferred • A+ preferred • Ability to have a flexible schedule and ability to work early/late as needed for the project • Experience with client-server systems and understanding the types of issues that may arise • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities • Ability to collaborate with team members and client to meet project deadlines and milestones • Adapt easily to shifting priorities, process changes, and/or schedule changes • Basic understanding of back-end infrastructure and design • Understanding of iPhone, Android, and Windows mobile devices • Comprehension and understanding of requirements for testing • Ability to have strong attention to detail to be able to accomplish a wide variety of tasks • Night and weekend work as required • Ability to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time • Ability to occasionally move about inside the warehouse • Ability to constantly operate a computer and office machinery • Ability to frequently move boxes with equipment weighing up to 60lbs
