• Qualify inbound marketing leads to identify sales opportunities. • Respond to inbound inquiries (calls and online chat) from potential clients. • Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and new prospective accounts to educate, qualify, and generate interest in eAssist services. • Schedule appointments/consultations for Sales Executives to provide personalized consultations. • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in our CRM system. • Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly. • Proficient in using CRM software and online communication tools. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. • Prior experience in lead generation or inside sales is a plus, but not required. • Passion for helping businesses succeed and a desire to make a positive impact in the dental industry.
