📋 Description

• Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions • Analyze current processes, customer journeys, data flows, and technology ecosystems • Document business, functional, technical, and non-functional requirements • Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and improvement opportunities • Establish success metrics aligned with business outcomes • Create user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications • Partner with architects, strategists, product owners, and delivery teams • Prioritize requirements and maintain end-to-end traceability • Build stakeholder relationships, facilitate discussions, negotiate priorities, and drive consensus • Present recommendations, findings, and solution approaches • Support organizational readiness and adoption • Develop UAT plans, scripts, and test scenarios • Coordinate testing, document results, manage issue resolution, and support sign-off • Ensure delivered solutions meet requirements and business objectives • Define KPIs, monitor adoption and post-launch outcomes, and recommend roadmap enhancements • Help clients realize measurable value from Adobe investments

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Business Analysis experience, including client-facing consulting, services, or digital transformation environments • Experience leading requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops across complex technology initiatives • Ability to create user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria • Experience supporting or leading User Acceptance Testing • Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to engage effectively with business and technical stakeholders • Preferred: experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, and Real-Time CDP • Understanding of customer journeys, personalization, CRM, marketing technology, and digital experience platforms • Familiarity with customer profiles, identity resolution, segmentation, events, and analytics • Experience in agile delivery environments • Exposure to regulated industries and complex governance requirements • Flexibility to meet company and client needs, including possible office attendance
