📋 Description

• Lead complex compliance initiatives and regulatory change management activities • Provide strategic oversight of compliance delivery activities • Interpret, implement, monitor, and operationalize regulatory requirements across CGHB products and services • Lead large-scale, cross-functional regulatory implementation initiatives • Manage compliance reporting obligations and audit-ready reporting practices • Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business solutions • Identify compliance risks, opportunities, and business impacts • Leverage data-driven insights to support decision-making and regulatory oversight • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and business partners • Influence stakeholders across CGHB, Cigna Healthcare, Evernorth, and enterprise compliance organizations • Partner with Regulatory, Compliance, Legal, Business Operations, Technology, Data & Analytics, and enterprise stakeholders • Create clear requirements, including written Epics, and facilitate walkthroughs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of business analysis, program management, compliance, or related experience • Advanced data analysis, reporting, validation, and collaboration with Business Intelligence and Data & Analytics teams • Regulatory reporting expertise, including reporting design, data governance, quality controls, validation, and audit-ready reporting practices • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and regulatory implementation efforts • Agile methodology and delivery experience across Agile and Waterfall environments • Regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and operational readiness experience • Experience with business and technology initiatives, software delivery lifecycle, and organizational change adoption • Experience with OpenPages, KnowledgeXChange, Jira, or similar governance and delivery tools preferred • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and develop recommendations • Ability to interpret and analyze large data sets and evaluate complex regulatory requirements • Home internet through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload if working at home
