📋 Description

• Provide support to the Indian Health Service Software Engineering and Support Services federal contract • Own and further multiple project priorities • Interact with internal and external clients to resolve issues and articulate client needs • Develop and implement innovative processes and process improvements • Analyze user and stakeholder needs to determine functional and non-functional requirements • Collect and manage functional, non-functional, and technical requirements • Create process and data flow diagrams, prototypes, and wireframes • Manage product backlogs • Collect and report requirements metrics for assigned applications and client priorities • Perform analysis, collection, assessment, design, development, modeling, simulation, integration, installation, documentation, and implementation • Create test scripts and conduct testing • Write and update project documentation, user manuals, addendums, presentations, and training materials • Develop advanced technological ideas and guide their development into final products • Advise customers on advanced technical research studies and applications • Report to the RESPEC SESS Program Lead

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with requirements analysis and engineering using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall and Agile methodologies • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance • Bachelor of science degree in a related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience • Minimum 6 years of experience with a bachelor's degree; 10 years of experience with no degree; 4 years of experience with a master's degree from an accredited university • IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) preferred • Working knowledge of Indian Health RPMS and IHS Services preferred • In-depth knowledge of principles, concepts and techniques appropriate to computer engineering disciplines • Knowledge of continuous process improvement strategies and performance measures • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Working knowledge of Team Foundation Server and/or Azure DevOps • Understanding of logical data modeling, unified modeling language/RUP, CRUD, and data dictionary • Experience working on a remote/distributed team • Experience with federal or public sector client projects and Health IT-related projects preferred • Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytic capabilities
