📋 Description

• Support DSCA modernization and process-improvement initiatives • Gather and analyze data supporting mission and business expansion opportunities • Identify business needs and recommend actionable improvements • Influence stakeholders and collaborators in modernization projects • Assist with project management activities across DSCA initiatives • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and workflow alignment • Evaluate business processes and recommend enhancements • Convert roadmap features into clear, manageable user stories • Write structured business requirements and documentation • Identify workflow and process automation opportunities • Create reports, dashboards, and visual summaries communicating performance insights • Analyze process bottlenecks and recommend improvements • Communicate and validate requirements with stakeholders and end users • Support development and maintenance of reporting and analysis tools • Perform data discovery, modeling, and analysis for decision-making • Collaborate with product managers on roadmap planning and workforce optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Superior presentation and negotiation skills • Strong management and organizational skills • Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments • Minimum 6 years of experience in a Business Analyst role in the defense industry • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, economics, marketing, finance or related field • Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance at the time of consideration • Must align with Eastern Time Zone core business hours • Business Process Analyst 3: 6 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree; 4 years relevant experience with Master’s degree; or high school diploma/equivalent and 10 years relevant experience • Business Process Analyst 4: 10 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree; 8 years relevant experience with Master’s degree; or high school diploma/equivalent and 14 years relevant experience • Experience supporting DSCA, Security Cooperation, Foreign Military Sales, or Defense Acquisition is preferred • Prior exposure to DoD programs, policies, or partner-nation engagement workflows is preferred • Experience collaborating with cross-functional government or defense-industry teams is preferred • Familiarity with business processes within DSCA, DCSA or related foreign intelligence and security agency is preferred • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and provide informed recommendations • Ability to communicate effectively with government personnel, program managers, and technical teams • Ability to develop clear, organized documentation and translate business needs into actionable recommendations • Experience supporting modernization, process improvement, or organizational change initiatives in government or defense is preferred • Ability to identify workflow bottlenecks and propose process enhancements • Experience developing and maintaining reporting tools, dashboards, or performance metrics is preferred • Ability to remain stationary and work at a computer for prolonged periods • Ability to operate a keyboard, mouse, and standard office equipment • Ability to communicate effectively in virtual meetings, briefings, and secure collaboration environments • Ability to review, analyze, and interpret digital data for extended periods with attention to detail and accuracy • Must maintain a home work environment meeting company and government security requirements • Must be able to work assigned East Coast core business hours
