📋 Description

• Execute the defined talent acquisition strategy and processes to hire the best talent for dentsu • Partner with TA Sourcing Specialists/Partners and Hiring Managers to define recruiting strategies and guide identified talent through the interview process • Attract, engage, and select qualified candidates in line with agreed talent plans and timelines • Support external talent mapping and benchmarking, diversity and inclusion, external sourcing, interviewing, candidate management and negotiation, and employment branding • Set expectations with and educate Hiring Managers around timelines, market insights and talent pools • Define sourcing strategies and actively and passively source candidates for assigned roles • Manage an average of 12–15 requisitions while maintaining high data quality • Monitor Workday and move qualified applicants into the interview process • Coordinate with hiring teams, TA Sourcing Specialists/Partners and TA Coordinators to shepherd candidates through the process • Extend offers to candidates in coordination with career advocates and hiring managers • Mentor and coach junior TA Specialists/Business Partners and TA Sourcing Specialists/Partners where possible

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience with full-lifecycle recruiting • Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems; LinkedIn Recruiter and SmartRecruiters preferred • Experience working collaboratively and cross-functionally with hiring managers • Exposure to and baseline knowledge to support leveraging data and reports to demonstrate the results of hiring efforts • Ability to consistently exhibit superior customer service, including when under pressure to achieve tight timelines • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams
