📋 Description

• Drive a culture of excellence in service delivery and address customer concerns with corrective actions. • Support division strategic initiatives and participate in R&D projects to enhance technical capabilities. • Create a positive, productive working environment and identify value-added customer solutions. • Direct inventory processes through cycle counts and physical inventories, and control supply costs. • Optimize service processes and workflows while maintaining quality, timely delivery, and customer SLAs. • Manage personnel, equipment, and supplies to achieve optimal service delivery. • Maintain communication within the team and collaborate with other departments. • Establish and enforce quality standards. • Manage budgets, control costs, and identify cost-saving measures. • Support technician development and resolve operational issues. • Ensure vacation and emergency assignment coverage. • Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. • Lead, inspire, coach, and evaluate key service technicians and supervisors. • Execute training programs and onboard new key service technicians. • Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate tools, equipment, and fleet support. • Partner with Sales on large-scale opportunities, customer relationships, prospective customers, sales, and negotiations. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven leadership/influence experience in a mobile environment with geographically dispersed employees • Ability to manage, forecast, and coordinate key technician resources to maintain production • Proficiency in key duplication, key cloning, and programming • Full knowledge of key types and key parts • Ability to manage conflict resolution with customer operations managers • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Up to 70% travel throughout the assigned Division may be required • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally • Frequent walking, standing, lifting, bending, and squatting • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
