📋 Description

• Verify implementation documents for new, renewing, and canceled clients for completeness and compliance • Coordinate with matrix partners during document review • Initiate installation in VISTA • Update the VISTA wizard based on account complexity • Revise source documents as needed • Participate in team meetings, forums, training, and Cigna University courses • Support projects and stretch assignments • Meet or exceed departmental metrics and performance standards

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • College degree is a plus • Strong knowledge of Cigna processes, including benefits, eligibility, ID cards, billing, and banking preferred • 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, and/or client service required • 2+ years of experience in project management or account management preferred • Ability to collaborate, build relationships, negotiate, guide, and keep commitments required • Problem-solving and data-driven goal attainment skills required • Technical skills with spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems required • Experience with VISTA, ePRO, CIT, and benefit summary systems preferred • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines, work independently, take initiative, and find solutions required • Strong communication and organizational skills for working with people at all levels and functions required • Home internet through cable broadband or fiber optic service with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload when working from home
