📋 Description

• Provide culturally competent individual, family, and group psychotherapy under the supervision of a licensed therapist • Document therapy treatment plans, interventions, and client responses according to state guidelines • Maintain current clinical supervision records • Identify patient conditions and problems and determine diagnoses • Evaluate emotional components and impacts of health issues • Help clients identify strengths and dysfunctional factors • Establish detailed and coordinated treatment plans • Conduct client interviews to obtain health histories and complete intake evaluations • Perform care plan development, case management, family intervention, and referral work • Apply evidence-based clinical frameworks to manage and facilitate clinical processes and patient progress • Manage clinical caseloads and documentation across multiple care modalities • Support patients in managing or improving psychiatric and substance use disorders, community functioning, and stability

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree in a counseling profession (social work, counseling) required • 1–3 years of experience working in mental health and/or substance use disorders required • 1–3 years of experience with client assessment and providing individual/family psychotherapy and group therapy required • Experience documenting clinical progress throughout the treatment episode required • Knowledge of growth and development over the lifespan • Ability to assess patient-status data and interpret cultural information • Knowledge of evidence-based clinical frameworks • Knowledge of mental health or addictive-disorder progression • Knowledge of medical terms, abbreviations, diagnoses, treatment, and prognosis • Ability to motivate persons for positive change • Clinical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to provide clinical assistance, emotional support, skills building, and necessary clinical care • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and client-record confidentiality • Ability to develop socially and culturally sensitive therapeutic interventions • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Safety-sensitive applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test after a conditional offer
