📋 Description

• Define, manage, and execute creative projects for clients to maximize business objectives, manage expectations, and maintain profitability • Establish creative operating models, communications, plans, and tools for successful program delivery • Directly manage creative project management team members, providing mentorship, career development, and performance guidance • Coach team members on best practices and partner in solving client challenges • Lead standardized creative processes and tools across the Delivery team • Oversee daily internal and client-facing status updates • Serve as primary contact between clients and internal creative teams • Make creative resourcing recommendations and monitor team bandwidth, effectiveness, program pacing, and delivery health • Coordinate project execution tasks and lead stakeholder discussions on progress, milestones, and delivery health • Manage complex project timelines, budgets, scope, and risks • Contribute to business development through project scoping, delivery processes, and resource estimates • Support change management and manage resources across shifting project needs • Minimal travel may be required to client sites

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience in an advertising, creative agency, production studio, or related environment • 5+ years of program management experience • 7+ years of experience managing an internal team and direct reports • Strong understanding of creative workflows across design, video, digital, social, and integrated campaigns • Experience with AI-enabled creative workflows or content production tools • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Excellent problem solving, organization, time management, and risk management skills • Experience merging project artifacts into a program-scale set of artifacts • Ability to be self-directed and work in a dynamic environment • Expertise with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, and Jira • Excellent scheduling and planning skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Project financial management of budget, ETC, EAC, and profitability; project accounting and opportunity estimation experience • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives • Excellent client communication experience • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify/Form I-9)
