📋 Description

• Enter payments within an EMR system • Generate invoices to be sent to patients • Handle inbound and outbound calls • Work patient aged receivables • Reconcile cash batches from Reception and Dispensary departments • Collect, post, and manage patient account payments • Prepare and review patient statements • Review delinquent accounts and contact patients for collection purposes • Answer questions regarding account balances • Process payments from insurance companies • Verify and update patient contact information and mailing addresses

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must live in Illinois • Official High School Transcripts, Diploma or Equivalency Certificate • Ability to navigate between different tabs and systems on the computer • Strong Attention to Detail • Ability to Multitask • General understanding of insurance terminology • Must have a dedicated workspace within your home • Must pass a Wi-Fi speed test • Maintain strict confidentiality • Adhere to all HIPAA rules and regulations
