📋 Description

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for medication-related aspects of the EHR build across clinical workflow design, regulatory compliance, and adoption of best practices • Maintain Devoted Medical's e-prescribing functionality and technical partnerships/integrations with Surescripts and Medi-Span • Manage internal medication information mapping tools in Devoted’s platform • Conduct rigorous clinical testing to validate medication-related processes within the EHR • Manage certifications and systems integration testing in partnership with engineering teams and LLM agents • Bridge clinical practice, engineering, and integrations to support medication documentation, prescribing, and monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the US healthcare IT industry, with a deep understanding of healthcare information systems and electronic health records (EHRs) • Understanding of applicable laws and regulations, and ability to ensure organizational compliance • Prior experience utilizing Medi-Span or Surescripts products, NCPDP standards, and pharmacy claims transmission is highly preferred • Working knowledge of clinical vocabularies including RxNorm, SNOMED CT, and NDC • Proficiency with e-prescribing standards and technologies, specifically HL7 and XML • Positive interpersonal and communication skills • Self-motivated team player with strong organizational and analytical skills • Able to work both independently and in a team setting • State licensure in good standing is required at time of application in any of the states where Devoted practices • Pharm D is preferred • Four years of clinical experience and two years in dedicated informatics (ambulatory setting ideal) are preferred
