📋 Description

• Support the administrative needs of new and existing Devoted Medical programs through process design and process escalation • Maintain positive relationships with provider groups and providers • Maintain the back-office infrastructure, including electronic health record, fax line, and visit scheduling systems • Support procurement of clinical and non-clinical materials • Maintain Devoted Medical clinical staff calendars for availability • Onboard and offboard Devoted Medical employees • Assist with maintaining clinician files • Communicate frequently with team members and leadership and ensure follow-up tasks are completed timely

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years professional experience • At least 1 year of experience in a medical administrative or medical group support role • Skills to manage schedules, logistics, purchasing, and day-to-day business details • Ability to engage with patients, colleagues, and clinicians outside the organization from a variety of backgrounds, organizational levels, and cultures • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree
