📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop Invoicing Analysts to achieve departmental goals • Balance workloads with management to ensure equitable distribution and timely completion of work • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex billing and invoicing issues • Monitor team productivity, quality, and service levels while providing ongoing feedback • Drive accountability for individual and team performance • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Accounts Receivable, and other internal stakeholders to resolve invoicing barriers • Monitor aging orders and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues • Analyze reporting to identify trends and improvement opportunities • Support training, onboarding, and continuous development of team members • Continuously improve processes while maintaining accuracy and compliance • Drive timely revenue recognition through operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading or mentoring employees preferred • Strong understanding of order management, invoicing, billing, or revenue operations • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills • Strong analytical and organizational abilities • Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills • Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred) and Microsoft Excel • Leadership style that leads by example, holds self and others accountable, removes roadblocks, builds strong cross-functional partnerships, and focuses on continuous improvement
