📋 Description

• Lead analytics and insight development for consulting engagements focused on patient experience, member experience, quality improvement, operational excellence, and organizational transformation • Translate complex datasets into clear, executive-level recommendations and strategic action plans • Facilitate workshops, executive briefings, strategic planning sessions, and performance review meetings with senior healthcare leaders • Partner with clients to design, implement, and sustain experience transformation initiatives • Establish success metrics and measurement frameworks demonstrating engagement impact and return on investment • Manage multiple client workstreams while ensuring exceptional quality and timely delivery • Analyze Press Ganey and client datasets to identify performance trends, root causes, gaps, and improvement opportunities • Develop dashboards, scorecards, presentations, and data visualizations supporting executive decision-making • Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to guide strategy development and operational improvement • Collaborate with subject matter experts, analytics teams, and engagement leaders to validate findings and develop recommendations • Identify leading indicators and performance drivers related to patient experience, quality outcomes, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness • Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives, physician leaders, and operational stakeholders • Serve as a strategic thought partner on experience improvement, culture transformation, and quality excellence initiatives • Support opportunity identification, proposal development, solution design, and engagement scoping • Contribute to client retention and expansion by delivering measurable value and identifying deeper partnership opportunities • Partner with consultants, product leaders, project managers, and analytics teams across client engagements • Promote best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the consulting organization • Contribute to the evolution of consulting methodologies, tools, frameworks, and thought leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience within a health system, integrated delivery network, academic medical center, large medical group, or healthcare services organization • Demonstrated experience in patient experience, quality improvement, performance improvement, operational excellence, or healthcare transformation initiatives • 3+ years of healthcare consulting or other client-facing advisory experience • Experience working with patient experience measurement programs, including HCAHPS, Press Ganey, or related quality and experience initiatives • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities • Proven ability to analyze complex healthcare datasets and communicate findings to executive and operational audiences • Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Strong understanding of healthcare quality metrics, performance measurement, regulatory reporting, and continuous improvement methodologies • Outstanding communication, presentation, facilitation, and executive consulting skills • Ability to effectively influence stakeholders and drive action through data-driven recommendations • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Highly collaborative, adaptable, and solutions oriented • Comfortable operating independently while managing client relationships and engagement deliverables • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Nursing, or a related field required • Equivalent combinations of education and relevant healthcare consulting experience will be considered • Candidates with experience in member experience, health plans, payer organizations, or related healthcare settings are preferred • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), Business Administration (MBA), Nursing, or a related discipline preferred • Experience supporting executive-level strategic planning, organizational transformation, or large-scale performance improvement initiatives • Knowledge of inpatient operations, patient flow, nursing operations, service excellence, and care delivery redesign • Experience with advanced healthcare analytics, predictive modeling, and performance benchmarking • Prior experience working with senior health system executives and physician leaders
