📋 Description

• Design and facilitate virtual and in-person programming for college student participants • Lead monthly virtual programming, including session design, scheduling, technology setup, external speaker and facilitator coordination, and participant communications • Serve as lead point of contact for a cohort of 100 Voyagers and track their engagement • Contribute to program design and curriculum using DMEL data and monitor higher-education trends • Provide individualized participant support, guidance, progress tracking, and weekly newsletters • Manage participant challenges in coordination with the Deputy Director • Support vendor selection, interviews, contracts, invoicing, budget reconciliation, onboarding, and partner management • Assist with Voyager recruitment, applications, selection, registration, and announcements • Manage cross-team workflows, event logistics, forms, contracts, travel, communications, scheduling, technology, and post-event logistics • Support event and on-site program facilitation and cohort community building • Contribute to evaluation materials, analyze impact data, create stakeholder readouts and visualizations, and capture impact stories • Perform other assigned duties • Report to the Deputy Director and collaborate with Associates, Senior Associate, and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience designing curriculum and facilitating virtual and in-person leadership development or scholarship programs for young changemakers • Experience providing individualized student support and career guidance • Ability to facilitate spaces for students to build community and trusting relationships • Experience reviewing and scoring applications using equitable evaluation criteria and processes • Experience collecting, analyzing, and visualizing program metrics using DMEL frameworks • Project management and organizing skills • Experience working with multiple partners and collaborators • Experience managing multi-step operational workflows, vendor procurement, contracts, event planning, and basic budget reconciliation • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Team collaboration skills • Proficiency using digital media tools • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including monthly evening sessions • No educational credential is stated
