📋 Description

• Serve as project lead for regulatory procedure implementation and process improvement initiatives • Coordinate department training, communication protocols, and national and divisional changes • Manage suspect products, including investigation, product control, documentation, release, and final disposition • Attend root cause meetings • Process collections-related problems through the problem management system • Process customer complaints, material review board processes, and supply and equipment problem deficiency reports • Develop, implement, and monitor process and quality improvement initiatives and staff training protocols • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements • Ensure training and regulatory communications documentation is accurate and timely • Assist with internal and external inspections and evaluations • Visit blood drives and collection sites to assess compliance and standardization • Provide on-call support for collections processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and work experience • Minimum 5 years of related experience required • Experience within the Process Improvement department highly preferred • Relevant experience in problem investigation and resolution preferred • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively • Ability to analyze problems and recommend appropriate solutions • Ability to assimilate information quickly • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications • Ability to work on a team • May have on-call duties • Some travel may be required
