📋 Description

• Identify the best-known address to locate the client’s collateral or customer • Determine whether customers hold special statuses such as Bankruptcy or Active-Duty Military • Generate successful leads and contacts for Recovery Agents using all available sources • Communicate frequently with Recovery Agents via phone, email, and recovery systems • Confirm FHF’s lien-holder status of pursued collateral • Review and analyze credit applications and in-house documents to determine location • Assign or reassign repossession orders after validating addresses, employment, or other leads • Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal codes, regulations, and laws • Report independently identified trends in recovery data for FHF’s proprietary underwriting model • Place outbound follow-up calls to vendors to verify recovery requirements • Stay current on state legislation involving impound requirements and notification guidelines • Comply with FHF compliance requests and requirements • Ensure leads and information are acknowledged and followed up on • Maintain confidentiality of company operations, portfolio, customer information, and computer technology • Perform administrative tasks and additional duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrates historical career stability • Banking or collections experience • Mandatory minimum of 1+ years of recent Skip Tracing experience in auto recovery • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience • Experience in auto finance field • Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm EST schedule • Remote anywhere within the USA
