📋 Description

• Engage prospective students through inbound and outbound phone calls and video conferencing • Meet daily performance expectations for call volume, talk time, and applicant progression • Interview prospective students to assess motivation, career goals, and educational obstacles • Help prospective students overcome barriers and identify the degree program matching their needs • Present the benefits of education and DeVry University, tailoring messaging to students' needs and goals • Guide students through the admissions process • Respond to questions and connect students with financial aid and academic advisors • Gather required enrollment documents and ensure completion of admissions testing • Identify and contact additional prospective students through networking and relationships with current students

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience • Passion for education and desire to help prospective students achieve educational and career goals • Strong communication skills • Resilience and goal orientation • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, student-focused environment • Enjoy listening to and talking with prospective students over the phone • Ability to craft well-written, compelling messages • Ability to work toward team goals while working independently and remaining internally motivated • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weeknights and Saturdays • Must consistently work the assigned schedule once established • Able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods • Ability to maintain a professional, distraction-free work environment • Home office must have hardwired DSL or cable internet via Ethernet; dial-up, wireless, and satellite internet are not acceptable
