📋 Description

• Conduct proactive, timely outreach via phone calls, personalised emails, and other communication channels to incoming leads and prospective student-athlete families • Initiate cold calls and follow up with inquiries about flexible online academic programs • Present and host Virtual Open Houses and community events • Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date CRM records throughout the admissions lifecycle • Track and analyze Virtual Open House participation and conversion data and execute targeted follow-up • Collaborate with the Learning Coach and Student Support Team regarding student accommodations and support • Work with the Partnerships team to connect enrolled families with relevant sports and educational partners • Guide families from initial inquiry and event attendance through application and final enrollment • Advise families on tuition structures, payment plans, contract execution, and financial onboarding • Hand enrolled families off smoothly to onboarding and student success teams • Manage part-time programs and single-course registrations • Support data-driven projects and lead family retention conversations • Adapt to new roles and responsibilities as the online school grows

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in admissions, enrolment, education, advising, recruitment, or a related client-facing role • Experience managing a high volume of prospective students/families through the enrolment process • Strong verbal, written, consultative, and relationship-building skills • Experience using a CRM or admissions management system • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet enrolment deadlines, and maintain accurate data • Comfortable conducting phone and video consultations • Ability to work independently in a remote/online environment • Preferred: background in education and/or sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets • Preferred: experience with AP courses, NCAA/college pathways, transcripts, U.S. secondary education, or international education • Preferred: experience with cold calling, active listening, virtual presentations, personalised email and multi-channel outreach campaigns • Preferred: proficient with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics • Must complete and submit the Inspired Application Form alongside a CV • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people • Pre-employment background checks required before appointment is confirmed
