• Manage the full lifecycle of the LEAP Global project, including contractual compliance, operations, and finances • Support compliant project administration • Ensure project deliverables are provided on time and track project milestones, M&E, and indicators • Ensure compliance in procurements, subcontract management, inventory tracking, and Technical Advisor hiring and oversight • Oversee project operations, train project teams, and serve as a resource for arising issues • Coordinate with project staff, internal teams, and Dexis support units, escalating and resolving questions and problems • Identify and mitigate project implementation and contract compliance risks • Oversee project finances, expenditures, invoices, financial reports, forecasts, and budgets • Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding of project and PMU staff • Serve as primary administrative point of contact for 20+ global employees, managing expense reports, reviewing timesheets, and supporting HR matters • Supervise, develop, and evaluate assigned staff as applicable • Support process improvements and learning and development opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree in international relations, political science, business, finance, or related field • Minimum six (6) years of relevant work experience • Previous experience managing or supporting U.S. Government contracts • Demonstrated experience with financial management, budget tracking, and managing projects and tasks • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products • Experience managing client relationships, consultants, and staff • Strong understanding of U.S. government compliance, including FAR • Experience working with EORs highly preferred • Experience supporting staffing contracts overseas highly preferred
