📋 Description

• Develop, manage, and deliver strategic programs supporting business objectives, operational effectiveness, and continuous process improvement • Partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to define implementation plans and manage project timelines • Identify risks and dependencies and ensure successful program execution • Evaluate program outcomes and analyze performance results • Communicate insights, progress, and recommendations to executives and business leaders • Perform strategic planning and strategy development for functional and segment-specific initiatives • Identify opportunities and shape recommendations supporting business priorities and operational goals • Prepare written communications and executive summaries • Deliver stakeholder updates and create professional PowerPoint presentations • Provide guidance on significant business matters • Exercise independent judgment to resolve complex issues related to program delivery, project management, process improvement, strategy execution, and operational priorities • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience leading program delivery efforts from planning through execution • 3 or more years of experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to develop implementation plans, manage milestones, and track progress • 3 or more years of experience identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing more efficient workflows, tools, and operating practices • 3 or more years of experience managing project activities, risks, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables • Ability to review, analyze, and communicate program results, performance trends, risks, issues, and recommendations • Strong written communication skills, including executive summaries, status updates, stakeholder communications, and business-facing materials • Strong verbal communication and facilitation skills, including presenting to and leading discussions with business leaders, executives, and cross-functional teams • Proficiency creating polished PowerPoint presentations and translating complex information into clear, concise, visually effective executive-level materials • Experience advising executives and functional leaders on strategic priorities, operational impacts, and program-related decisions • Ability to exercise independent judgment on complex issues and determine recommendations, next steps, and courses of action • Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred • PMP certification preferred • Six Sigma Certification preferred • Knowledge and experience in a health care environment/managed care preferred • Strong analytical skills preferred • Minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload internet speed • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
