• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and coordination of BIM models throughout all project phases • Create and manage models using Revit and other Autodesk applications such as AutoCAD • Generate construction documentation, schedules, quantities, and project deliverables from BIM models • Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and consultants to resolve model coordination issues • Support design and construction teams through BIM process and deliverable management • Maintain BIM standards and coordinate multidisciplinary designs • Ensure delivery of high-quality project documentation
• Associate's degree, diploma, or bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, or equivalent experience • 1+ years of experience in a BIM, CAD, architectural, engineering, or construction technology role • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit • Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Autodesk Forma, Construction Cloud (ACC), or BIM 360 • Basic understanding of construction documentation, building systems, and industry standards • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Autodesk Revit Certified User (ACU) certification preferred • Candidate may be required to complete a basic Revit skills assessment • Experience supporting large-scale projects preferred
