📋 Description

• Develop data-driven analyses to identify opportunities to improve products and user experiences • Manage and deliver end-to-end digital programs and initiatives using agile and design-thinking principles • Develop digital training and leadership development programs • Conceptualize digital strategy and digital-enabled business change initiatives • Manage a portfolio of projects and report to senior colleagues • Develop quality assurance methods, tools, and programs • Contribute to or deliver budget plans • Detect, analyze, and remediate cybersecurity incidents, attacks, breaches, and vulnerabilities • Communicate and implement the function's strategy and business plan • Identify team development needs and provide training or coaching • Manage and report on the performance of a substantial, diverse team • Manage a program of work using product management processes and protocols • Build engagement, effective teams, and talent • Make strategic, timely, and independent decisions • Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain customer focus • Adopt digital and technology innovations to improve performance

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree or Equivalent Level Preferred • 6 to 10+ years experience • 1 to 3 years experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes • Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews • AI tools are not permitted during any part of the interview process • Offers are contingent upon a satisfactory background check, which may include ID verification
