📋 Description

• Gain familiarity with Field Service Technician practices and procedures • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot hardware and software failures • Perform component-level hardware repairs • Clean and adjust mechanical components • Configure and install applicable software • Perform preventive maintenance and routine checks • Refill consumables as directed • Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products • Train customers on the usage and operation of installed hardware and software • Participate in hardware and software training • Help implement measures to achieve agreed KPIs • Assist with special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Education or equivalent work experience required • Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services • Good written and verbal communication skills • Driver's license and driving record satisfying DN's fleet requirements
