📋 Description

• Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises • Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, minor product repairs, and preventive maintenance within an assigned territory • Inspect products for correct operation and troubleshoot hardware and software failures using diagnostic tools • Perform component-level hardware repairs • Clean and adjust mechanical components • Configure and install applicable software • Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products • Refill consumables as directed • Train customers on the usage and operation of installed hardware and software • Schedule services, complete required paperwork, and ensure customer satisfaction • Participate in training, KPI initiatives, and special projects

🎯 Requirements

• Education or equivalent work experience required • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services • Good written and verbal communication skills • Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements
