📋 Description

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and inspect Rees monitoring equipment at customer facilities • Verify equipment setup and configuration for proper functionality and compatibility • Diagnose technical issues identified during calibration executions • Perform repairs and maintenance on electronic and mechanical components • Ensure accurate readings and compliance with industry standards and regulations • Read and interpret schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation • Use test meters and diagnostic tools to identify malfunctions and perform calibrations • Review job plans before installation and submit job status updates • Record data to support IOQ protocols • Maintain organized inventory of parts and supplies for on-site service • Communicate project updates and address service-related inquiries with customers • Collaborate with technical support teams to escalate and resolve complex challenges • Travel to customer facilities within the designated region • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications or associate degree preferred • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Rees Technician and/or 3 years of industry experience • Proven track record of successful installations • Experience working with electrical, mechanical, or computer networking equipment • Proficiency in interpreting schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation • Familiarity with test meters and diagnostic tools used in electronics and equipment maintenance • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks to meet service deadlines • Ability to lift 75 pounds and climb OSHA approved equipment • Professional appearance and appropriate personal hygiene • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and capability to operate a company or personal vehicle • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and inventory • Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and requirements
