📋 Description

• Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises • Provide scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services • Perform minor product repairs within an assigned territory • Inspect products for correct operation and resolve or escalate issues according to established procedures • Schedule services and complete required paperwork • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction and understanding of product functionality • Troubleshoot hardware using diagnostic tools and detailed analysis • Perform component-level hardware repairs • Clean and adjust electro-mechanical components on vaults, safes, chests, night drops, and drive-up equipment • Configure and install scales and slicers using printers and cameras • Perform preventive maintenance and routine checks • Refill consumables as directed • Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products • Instruct and train customers on installed product usage and operation • Participate in training, KPI initiatives, and special projects

🎯 Requirements

• Education or equivalent work experience required • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services • Good written and verbal communication skills • Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements • Basic understanding of power tools and hand tools • Mechanical aptitude • Ability to use a voltmeter and read schematics
