• Gain familiarity with Field Service Technician practices and procedures. • Troubleshoot hardware and software failures using diagnostic tools. • Perform component-level hardware repairs. • Clean and adjust mechanical components. • Configure and install applicable software. • Perform routine preventive maintenance checks. • Refill consumables as directed. • Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products. • Instruct and train customers on installed hardware and software usage. • Participate in hardware and software training. • Participate in measures to achieve agreed KPIs. • Assist with special projects as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Education or equivalent work experience required. • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements. • Ability to perform field service work involving hardware and software troubleshooting, repairs, installation, preventive maintenance, and customer training.
