📋 Description

• Travel throughout the Salisbury, MD (Delmarva Peninsula) territory to support manufacturing customers • Provide ongoing care and support for customer equipment • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Videojet coding and marking equipment at customer facilities • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues • Deliver effective, timely solutions • Build strong, trusted customer relationships and provide expert guidance • Promote Videojet service agreements and newer technology • Report to the Field Service Manager • Plan regional travel, routes, and customer visits in advance • Work primarily during the day with limited overnight travel and occasional voluntary overtime

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of technical, mechanical, electrical, or field service experience • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel • Ability to comply with customer safety requirements, PPE standards, and site access policies • Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, lift, stretch, bend, and squat throughout the day • Comfortable with day travel, being home most evenings, and occasional overnight travel • Technical agility across mechanical, electrical, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, computer hardware, and software • Desire to work with best-in-class technology and learn new skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Effective communication with all organizational levels, from frontline operators to senior management • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Technical degree preferred and/or relevant military training; other backgrounds with relevant work history welcome
