📋 Description

• Assist with the ongoing development and enhancement of PM Framework standards, templates, and best practices • Maintain project management artifacts, including fact sheets, BRDs, project workbooks, kickoff presentations, and launch readiness documentation • Support framework adoption by helping project teams utilize approved processes, templates, and governance standards • Review project documentation for consistency, completeness, and adherence to framework guidelines • Track project milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and key deliverables • Develop reporting and dashboards to measure framework adoption, project health, and documentation compliance • Document lessons learned, process improvements, and best practices to continuously mature the framework • Support onboarding and guidance for project teams using framework tools and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint • Interest in project management, governance, operational excellence, AI, and process improvement • Must have full U.S. work authorization now and in the future
