📋 Description

• Answer customer calls and address requests or inquiries concerning services and products • Report problem areas • Utilize systems and tools to assist customers • Make recommendations based on customer needs using sales expertise • Process purchases of products and services through operational systems • Identify and resolve customers’ technical issues • Cultivate and retain ongoing customers through empathetic and consultative interactions • Resolve complex issues and contribute to process improvements • Transform frustrated customer exchanges into excellent customer experiences • Support customers during specified operating hours • Complete business-required training and on-the-job training

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service work experience • Familiarity with Windows computers • Regular and reliable attendance • Private or secluded work location within your residence • Reliable LAN or WLAN internet service with at least 18 Mbps download and 12 Mbps upload, dedicated to DIRECTV work • Quiet, private spot at home suitable for focusing and taking calls without interruptions • Ability to support customers during working hours: Monday–Friday 5:55 AM–8:00 PM and Saturday/Sunday 6:55 AM–8:00 PM MST • Some holiday coverage and occasional overtime may be required • Applicants must pass position-related assessments or tests • Complete and participate in all required training and on-the-job training
