📋 Description

• Support the development and execution of internal communication campaigns • Assist in planning and coordinating employee events • Craft content that fosters engagement and culture • Analyze current processes and recommend ways to close identified gaps • Collaborate cross functionally on communication strategies • Lead and support high-impact special projects

🎯 Requirements

• Communications majors preferred; open to Business Administration, Business Management, Operations, Public Relations, and Marketing • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and Canva • Project Management experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable speaking with and presenting to leaders • Proactive, self-motivated mindset with a desire to learn and grow • Demonstrated success collaborating cross functionally in a virtual environment • Organized and able to prioritize effectively across teams • Critical/strategic thinker and problem solver with strong attention to detail • Must have full U.S. work authorization now and in the future
