📋 Description

• Support and manage daily business operations to keep workflows smooth and on schedule • Execute operational plans within assigned organizational areas • Resolve operational issues using creative, solution-based approaches • Develop, document, implement, monitor, evaluate, and refine policies, procedures, processes, and systems • Analyze operational trends to identify process improvement and cost-saving opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on improvement initiatives • Manage multiple projects or programs from planning through completion • Build project plans covering staffing needs, timelines, and dependencies • Lead small projects or portions of larger team and organizational initiatives • Identify, track, and report key performance metrics • Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership • Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships • Present complex information clearly in writing and verbally • Identify and address staffing issues affecting project delivery • Provide guidance and informal mentorship to less experienced team members

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business operations or a closely related field • Full understanding of business operations and ability to resolve a wide range of issues creatively • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and develop project plans accounting for staffing • Ability to identify and proactively address staffing or talent issues • Strong analytical skills, including interpreting trends and metrics and turning them into action • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently with moderate oversight and collaborate effectively across functions • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience (preferred) • Experience with Lean or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies (preferred) • Project management experience or certification such as PMP (preferred) • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (preferred) • May require a background check • Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered in accordance with local ordinances and state law
