📋 Description

• Ensure employees follow safe working practices • Assist Service Managers with day-to-day coordination and management of business operations • Monitor, control, and manage operations to meet client expectations and company goals • Liaise between customers and management • Coordinate project tasks within budget and timelines • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures • Build and maintain customer relationships through meetings and communications • Lead and document internal project meetings • Schedule, participate in, and document external project meetings • Manage high-priority project issues through timely completion • Evaluate operational performance and develop improvement plans • Direct internal teams toward performance targets • Identify and resolve operational process problems • Maintain operations documents and procedures • Set up and maintain project filing systems • Cost-code vendor invoices and verify codes • Prepare extra work orders, subcontracts, and purchase orders • Notify subcontractors about change orders and follow up • Assist with monthly job profitability reviews • Track CMMS work orders and approve or reject invoicing completeness • Create invoices for PM review and Owner submission • Assess and improve processes, collaborate on new technologies, and coordinate implementation with SOLV Energy management • Champion diversity and inclusion within SOLV Energy culture

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience dealing with Contracts and Change Order Management • High School Diploma or GED • Basic knowledge of ERP Systems • Ability to use independent judgment and be self-starting • Ability to foster collaboration between teams • Experience working for a diverse multi-disciplined employee-owned company • Strong communication skills to clearly articulate vision into an executable plan • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future
