📋 Description

• Provide therapeutic treatment through facilitating scheduled groups • Deliver appropriate topics to scheduled groups • Complete group notes immediately after leading each group • Document all services provided in clients' medical records • Collaborate with the Clinical Director, Program Director, and professional staff to develop comprehensive therapy, evaluation, and treatment programs • Participate periodically in staff meetings and provide training on therapeutic services and mental health topics • Perform other duties assigned by the Clinical Director, including meeting individually with clients for support

🎯 Requirements

• Maintain all applicable licenses and certification requirements and meet all facility or regulatory entity licensing, certification, or credentialing requirements • Bachelor's degree, preferred • Experience working in behavioral healthcare preferred • Knowledge of company policies and procedures, DMHAS and Joint Commission standards and regulations • Ability to adhere to clinical guidelines and maintain accurate, timely client charting • Availability for Monday-Friday schedule in one of the listed time zones
