📋 Description

• Responsible for post-sales support to clients. • Provide technical and operational training, test, adjust, troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and install CNC machining equipment, peripherals, and upgrades. • Plan and coordinate activities concerned with installing, repairing, and upgrading equipment. • Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems with equipment. • Analyze information to determine root causes and recommend repairs or corrective actions. • Advise management and factory engineers regarding equipment defects and suggestions for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or engineering technology) • Minimum of 2 years working experience in a Machine Tool Company • Knowledge of Fanuc Machines and CNC engines • Understand PLC systems and diagrams • Ability to operate forklift truck and manual lifting equipment • MS Office
