📋 Description

• Own and evolve Docebo’s AWS cloud infrastructure end-to-end from blueprint through implementation and operations • Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability • Design and implement self-service Infrastructure-as-Code templates and automation workflows • Partner with Security and Compliance teams on audit-ready FedRAMP configurations, drift elimination, and patching • Collaborate with Engineering to launch new services • Participate in high-priority incident responses • Apply post-mortem insights to platform upgrades • Use Datadog to monitor platform performance and optimize resilience, speed, and cost-efficiency • Mentor junior Cloud Engineers through code and design reviews • Shape cloud strategy and modern cloud practices for Docebo’s AI-powered learning platform

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in cloud systems or platform engineering • Proven expertise managing complex, production-grade AWS infrastructure • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK • Hands-on proficiency with Linux and Docker • Experience running microservices on Kubernetes/EKS • Strong experience with Datadog or similar observability tools • Experience with Git/GitLab for code delivery and automation • Solid understanding of DevOps methodologies • Fluent scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail • U.S. citizenship is required • Preference for candidates who live in, or are willing to work, Eastern Time hours • Direct experience maintaining and patching FedRAMP-regulated or highly compliant cloud environments is a bonus • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent real-world experience, is a bonus
