📋 Description

• Drive strategic outreach to contractors, subcontractors, owners, architects, and public agencies to obtain non-public commercial construction project intelligence • Communicate Dodge’s value and encourage project information sharing • Support demonstrations of Dodge tools and data capabilities • Establish and manage ongoing relationships with industry participants • Develop and expand project sources within the assigned territory • Manage a pipeline of active projects while securing new projects • Refine sourcing strategy based on coverage gaps, prospects, and information quality issues • Analyze and interpret construction documents, client communications, and project information • Enter, classify, update, and maintain project data in Dodge systems • Investigate and resolve complex data discrepancies and document verification steps • Identify root causes of data quality issues and implement solutions • Share feedback on source behavior, project trends, and workflow challenges • Achieve defined performance outcomes while balancing productivity, quality, and strategic priorities • Respond to customer inquiries and partner with Account Management and Customer Success teams • Contribute to improvements in outreach strategies, data collection methods, and team practices • Report to the Manager, Construction Information

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be located in one of the following states: NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, TN, LA, AR, OH, or IN • Expected travel up to 10% • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience demonstrating proficiency in outreach, data collection, and commercial construction industry knowledge • 3+ years of experience in roles involving outreach, research, customer engagement, or data operations • 3+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry • Strong understanding of the construction ecosystem and project lifecycle • Ability to analyze data, identify patterns and trends, diagnose issues, and recommend solutions • Ability to analyze source funnel and conversion rates and present findings to leadership • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to influence participation, gather nuanced information, and adapt messaging • Ability to communicate the value proposition for sharing project data • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Ability to learn and apply Dodge tools and systems • Ability to guide sources through product walkthroughs, including via screen-share • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting • Familiarity with construction project data, plan rooms, or bid management platforms preferred • Familiarity with the assigned local or regional market preferred • Understanding of commercial construction project phases, bid processes, and industry terminology preferred • Experience in a performance-driven environment preferred • Legally authorized to work in the United States and must not now or in the future require employment visa sponsorship • Must pass a background check after a conditional job offer
