📋 Description

• Drive the organization’s growth strategy and ensure financial stability • Lead operational execution across the dental organization • Monitor and analyze financial performance • Partner with Finance on financial performance, margin expansion, and cash flow optimization • Improve utilization, provider productivity, and cost management • Translate growth and operational strategies into EBITDA, profitability, and cost-control outcomes • Monitor and manage P&L performance across locations and business units • Support budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and financial planning • Oversee day-to-day operations, consistency, standardization, efficiency, and quality • Build scalable operating models, processes, and infrastructure • Improve financial systems, automation, and operational efficiency • Lead transformation initiatives and continuous improvement • Use analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Drive performance across production, collections, payer mix, and retention • Oversee revenue-cycle operations and reduce revenue leakage • Establish dashboards, metrics, KPIs, governance, reporting, and accountability mechanisms • Execute growth strategy, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and alliances • Lead business development, provider recruitment, referral growth, and service expansion • Coordinate cross-functionally across Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, Client Relations, and Provider teams • Lead and develop operational leaders • Build a high-performing, accountable, results-driven culture • Strengthen the leadership bench and support expansion readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of progressive leadership experience • Minimum 10 years experience in senior roles overseeing operations, growth, and/or P&L • Experience in dental, healthcare services, or multi-site service organizations strongly preferred • Strong P&L and financial acumen with experience driving profitability • Deep understanding of operations • Experience with growth strategy (organic + acquisitive) • Data-driven decision-maker with focus on measurable results • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field required • MBA preferred • Ability to translate strategy into disciplined execution • Strong leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
