📋 Description

• Monitor and analyze financial performance • Partner with Finance to ensure strong financial performance, margin expansion, and cash flow optimization • Partner with leaders to improve utilization, provider productivity, and cost management • Translate growth and operational strategies into financial outcomes (EBITDA, profitability, cost control) • Monitor and manage P&L performance across locations and business units • Support budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation decisions, and financial planning processes • Provide insights into cost structure, margin improvement, and scalability • Oversee day-to-day operations driving consistency, standardization, efficiency and quality • Build scalable operating models, processes, and infrastructure to support growth • Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial systems, processes, automation, and operational efficiency • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability • Lead transformation initiatives (systems, workflows, automation, integration of strategic alliances)

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of progressive leadership experience. • Minimum 10 years experience in senior roles overseeing operations, growth, and/or P&L • Strong P&L and financial acumen with experience driving profitability • Deep understanding of operations • Experience with growth strategy (organic + acquisitive) • Data-driven decision-maker with focus on measurable results • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; MBA preferred
