📋 Description

• Identify and resolve operational issues throughout the merchant lifecycle, including post-sale contract changes • Onboard merchants and set up marketing promotions • Manage workflows in Salesforce queues and cases • Identify opportunities for operational improvement • Work cross-functionally with Enterprise sales and Merchant Services operational managers • Gather stakeholder feedback and create and implement solutions for merchants • Manage projects with sales, partner management, operations, product, engineering, business operations, and business development teams • Improve internal tools for sales and partner management teams • Document and train internal teams on new processes • Refine processes on an ongoing basis • Leverage AI tools to streamline routine operations and manage workstreams • Use Salesforce and DoorDash internal tools to update data in bulk • Ensure work, data organization, and processes are legally compliant • Diagnose and resolve time-sensitive operational issues

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a project management or operations role • BA/BS degree in business or related field • Strong written/verbal communications and presentation skills • Strong project management and operational management skills • Strong Excel and data analysis skills • Experience with CRM systems, including Salesforce and Data Loader, and Google Suite • Customer-first mentality and ability to work with people with varying degrees of technical ability • Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environments • Organized and meticulous, with strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously • Problem-solving and analytical skills • Eagerness to adopt AI tools and drive efficiency • Ability to audit data with strong attention to detail and accuracy
