📋 Description

• Manage sourcing and purchasing for all non-retail goods and services, negotiating pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements to optimize cost and quality. • Develop and maintain preferred supplier relationships, monitor vendor performance, and resolve purchasing or invoicing issues. • Partner with departments across the organization on procurement requests, sourcing initiatives, and contract renewals. • Identify supply risks and implement mitigation strategies. • Serve as business owner and primary administrator for Order.co, Sage Intacct, and Concur, maintaining catalogs, workflows, user access, spend limits, and permissions. • Create, code, and process purchase orders in Sage Intacct, and coordinate receiving and invoice reconciliation. • Maintain vendor master records, coordinate onboarding, and ensure purchasing complies with approval limits and financial controls. • Prepare spend analysis and procurement reporting, monitoring purchasing activity and tracking corporate spend by category and department. • Partner with Accounting and IT to develop procurement policies, improve procure-to-pay workflows, and identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency, compliance, and cost savings. • Manage procurement for manufacturing raw materials, packaging, and production supplies. • Manage procurement for office supplies, consumables, furniture, and equipment. • Manage procurement for cultivation supplies and plant nutrients. • Manage procurement for facilities and maintenance supplies. • Manage procurement for marketing materials and professional services.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field; or equivalent related experience. • 5+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience. • Experience supporting multi-site cannabis operations and packaging. • Hands-on experience with Order.co (or a similar procurement platform), Sage Intacct (or similar ERP experience). • Strong understanding of procurement processes, systems, and vendor management. • Continuous improvement mindset with strong attention to detail. • Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
