📋 Description

• Act as the primary translator of market intelligence for CMM operations, converting market trends, payer and formulary movement, and prior-authorization volume shifts into actionable operational guidance • Partner with the forecasting and intelligence function to identify developments that materially affect operations and articulate practical consequences • Produce and maintain recurring briefings, updates, and reference materials for operational audiences, especially the support center • Maintain an accurate view of AI tools deployed across CMM operations, including their purposes, usage patterns, and user teams • Report on AI-tool adoption, efficiencies, cost savings, and capability improvements, using external benchmarking against peer organizations • Own a recurring feedback mechanism between operational users and CMM Product and AI leadership • Surface user experience issues, friction points, unmet needs, and opportunities to inform the AI roadmap • Identify adoption gaps and effective practices and share knowledge across operations groups • Drive alignment, adoption, and behavior change through influence and credibility • Establish recognized internal expertise in operations intelligence and applied AI in operations

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year degree in a related field (business, economics, analytics, health policy, or similar) or equivalent experience • Typically requires 7+ years of experience in operations, analytics, market intelligence, or strategy • Experience preferably within healthcare, pharmacy access, or the payer/PBM landscape • Experience translating complex market or technical information into actionable guidance for operational audiences • Experience communicating with senior leadership and front-line operational teams • Familiarity with prior authorization, medication access, or specialty pharmacy operations strongly preferred • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority • Experience building recurring reporting, briefings, or intelligence products • Data literacy, integrity, and compliance • Working fluency with AI/LLM tools and understanding of their operational application and limits • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Smartsheet • Familiarity with CMM technical platforms, including provider portals and ePA workflows • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a changing environment • Strong organizational skills • Strong analytical judgment • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Change management and stakeholder engagement experience is a plus • Experience with AI adoption and applied AI/automation in an operations environment • Market intelligence or competitive intelligence experience
