• Serve as the operational liaison between clients, Magna5 Customer Success Managers, and helpdesk leads to ensure timely resolution and a seamless client experience • Manage procurement of hardware, software, and licensing, including quoting, ordering, and tracking through delivery • Understand clients' business objectives and technical requirements • Provide expert guidance and best practices to clients • Collaborate with sales, support, and technical teams on onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support • Conduct regular client check-ins, address concerns, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities • Monitor client usage and adoption and recommend improvements • Provide client training and product demonstrations • Communicate client feedback, needs, and requirements internally • Stay current with industry trends and share knowledge with clients • Improve internal processes and contribute to company growth • Review monthly service billing for accuracy, including work types, covered services, and travel • Review No Charge and minimal time entries and adjust billable terms when needed • Serve as general client liaison for inquiries, escalations, and hardware orders • Function as a modified CSM for assigned clients and House accounts • Prepare quotes in eshop and Salesforce • Manage hardware, Microsoft 365, and contract renewals • Coordinate pre-sales projects, field service scheduling, contracted visits, projects, and service/incident requests • Attend weekly meetings with the accounting team • Conduct client outreach by phone and email • Review and revise Datarails information
• 2-5 years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably within the IT industry or a Managed Service Provider • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems • Technical experience is mandatory • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
