• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting high-growth Go-to-Market or Sales organizations (including Enterprise and SMB teams) • Ability to operate as a strategic business partner using data and market insights • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments • Highly collaborative with strong cross-functional partnerships • Metrics-driven and operationally minded • Actively leverages AI and emerging technologies in recruiting • Strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and accountability
