📋 Description

• Build and own automations, data workflows, and internal tools end to end • Identify high-effort manual processes with ad operations and replace them with reliable systems • Use SQL, scripting, and AI tools to turn operational data into fast, accurate, repeatable processes • Measure impact through hours saved, errors reduced, and faster campaign launches • Propose and develop new projects to improve team operations • Map operational processes and ship initial automations within the first 90 days • Report to the Manager, Ad Ops Platform Strategy • Support DoorDash's Ads & Promotions organization by improving advertising campaign operations

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated track record, typically 3+ years, of building automations or tools that eliminated manual work and improved team operations • Ability to write and ship code using Python, scripting, or similar • Hands-on experience building with or applying AI and large language model (LLM) tools to real workflows • Fluency in SQL • Ability to independently query and analyze data to make decisions and measure impact • Bachelor's degree • Ability to solve open-ended, ambiguous problems independently • Must be able to work in the United States, based on the location listed as United States- Remote
