📋 Description

• Partner with Engineering, Design, Product, Marketing, and Operations to turn regulatory requirements into operational changes and new user experiences • Prioritize work and pivot quickly to meet regulatory deadlines while aligning cross-functional partners • Own and build durable end-to-end processes, frameworks, and monitoring systems • Translate ambiguous or evolving regulatory requirements into concrete operational plans • Develop clear recommendations from incomplete data and competing interpretations • Influence and align stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics, or related experience • High-growth experience preferred • Interest in operating in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment • Experience contributing to large projects, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills • Proficiency in SQL required • Expertise in Excel, including maintaining complex spreadsheets/sheets, required • Ability to thoughtfully consider multiple perspectives and effectively communicate them to drive understanding and alignment
