• Develop an understanding of the assigned district including market potential • Collaborate with dealerships to ensure quality experiences • Build and maintain relationships throughout the dealer organization • Manage day-to-day activities, plans, goals, and financial resources • Communicate customer and dealer needs effectively • Drive district parts sales and effective stocking behaviors • Advise dealership staff on service and maintenance practices • Support potential new dealerships in establishing departments • Engage with the dealer and dissatisfied customers to resolve complaints
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an Associate’s degree with extensive relevant experience • 5-7 years of experience in parts and service management, operations management, or customer support within relevant industries • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities • Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills • Strong understanding of mechanical principles and troubleshooting skills • Skilled in using performance data to drive accountability • Ability to mentor and coach team members • Required to travel 50-75% of the time within the assigned district
