• Develop an understanding of the assigned District. • Collaborate with dealerships to ensure quality experiences. • Build and maintain relationships throughout the dealer organization. • Manage day-to-day activities, plans, goals, and financial resources. • Communicate customer and dealer needs effectively. • Drive district parts sales and effective stocking behaviors. • Promote parts and service programs at dealerships. • Advise dealership staff on service and maintenance practices. • Support potential new dealerships in establishing their parts/service departments. • Provide assistance during dealer termination processes as needed. • Support dealer performance through daily interactions, quarterly reviews, and action plans. • Engage jointly with the dealer and dissatisfied customers to efficiently resolve complaints.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; candidates with an Associate’s degree or equivalent education combined with extensive relevant experience may also be considered. • 5-7 years of experience in parts and service management, operations management, or customer support within relevant industries. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. • Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills. • Strong understanding of mechanical principles and troubleshooting skills. • Skilled in using performance data to drive accountability. • Experience leading team meetings and presenting ideas clearly.
